Make a date for sex, go out to the movies, take a walk or just enjoy a glass of wine before hand but set aside the time.  Just remember people take time out for other things they enjoy.

Get out of the House

Love making is a present moment experience and when you’re having sex in your all too familiar bedroom it can be hard to give into the moment.  Your mind wonders, “did I lock the door?”  “Did I set the alarm clock?”

Redecorate the Bedroom

No you don’t need to do something big, a new pair of sheets, bedspread and some candles or just ditching the TV set and just trying life without it.  Keep kid’s toys, books and any junks out of your bedroom.

Some people would say “no” but everyone’s got sexual fantasies of one sort or another.  Make an effort and work out what your fantasies are and remember telling your partner could be fun for both of you.

Knowing what your partner wants will make sex more interesting and talking about it might bring you closer to one another.  So don’t be afraid to ask.

Try Something New

Trying something new doesn’t have to be outrageous, this can mean all sorts of things.  If you are usually the shy one who waits for the other person to make the move, try starting it yourself.  Any risk even small can surprise.

Sexual problems are a much more open secret now than they once were.  No matter what the problem might be, medical or just trying different sexual techniques, please see to it.

Take your time and be playful, avoid the brief and more businesslike sexual encounters.  Leisure love-making benefits everyone, women get more turned on while men have fewer sexual problems.

Keep Trying

Having a better sex life will take some work but the important thing is that you keep trying.  Some attempts will fall flat but just remember you should never accept just an average love life.
